How do I place an order?

After finding the lamp, fan or bulb you want to order, you must click on "BUY" and the items you add will appear in your shopping cart. You can continue shopping, update the quantity you want to buy for each item in your basket, or finish the purchase.

In the next step, you can register as a new customer, so that on your next visit to our online shop you do not have to fill in all the information again. If you don't want to register, no problem, you can place your order as a guest. You will then be able to complete the rest of the shipping and payment details, check your order once again, and finally confirm the purchase.

Do shipments have transport insurance included?

Every package that leaves our facility is insured.

Transport insurance covers any damage or loss until the order is delivered. You will always receive a package in perfect condition.

If you still receive a damaged item, we'll replace it quickly.

What does secure card payment mean?

When we talk about our website being a secure online business, it is because it has the Redsys payment gateway, based on the latest technology for secure electronic payments 3D Secure.

When making a payment with this system, in addition to entering the usual data for the payment, the payment gateway requests extra data to raise the level of security in the transaction. In the event that the user does not have a card configured as "secure" by their financial institution, who requests this information, they will not be able to make the payment by this method with that card and either they must try to pay with another card that does request it or make the payment by another alternative method such as bank transfer or PayPal.
