Our orders are processed daily until 2:00 PM. Later orders are prepared for shipment the following day. With this in mind, we detail delivery times and shipping costs below:

CANARY ISLANDS
Before delivery, you will receive an email informing you when your order will arrive at the address you provided.
During shipping, you can track your shipment directly on the courier's website using the link provided.
Please note that the delivery time will begin the day after payment confirmation. If you use a bank transfer as a payment method, please note that the shipping will not be counted until payment is received and confirmed.
Some delivery times may be affected by product characteristics, weight, available stock, or the delivery location. All delivery information will always appear in your shopping cart. Any delays or incidents with shipping will always be communicated as soon as possible.
For large orders or orders weighing more than 30kg, delivery will be made to curbside. This restriction applies to all agencies.
Virtually all of our inventory is available in our central warehouse in Torrevieja, Alicante. However, some items may be in our warehouse in Portugal, so we have different delivery times. In any case, shipping dates and delivery times are always indicated on each product, and any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
Payment methods
Card Payment
We work with secure payment gateways: Redsys (Ruralvía) and Global Payments (La Caixa).
This payment method is immediate. Once you complete your order, the payment gateway will proceed to charge your bank.
The security systems for this process vary by bank. In addition to requesting the usual payment information, the payment gateway also requests additional confirmation (usually through the bank's app) to enhance the security of the transaction. If the user does not have a card configured as "secure" by their financial institution and requests this information, they will not be able to make the payment using this method and will either have to attempt payment with another card that is requested or make the payment using an alternative method such as bank transfer or PayPal.
LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L. will not access your card information under any circumstances.
Bizum
You can pay using your mobile phone thanks to Bizum. If your bank offers this service, you can make purchases on our website using your number.
Simply select Bizum payment, enter the number, and validate the purchase through your bank's app or your Bizum code.
PayPal
To use this payment method, you must have a PayPal account. If you select this method, you will be redirected to their payment gateway, where you must enter your email address and private PayPal password and confirm the payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create a new one using your bank card. In this case, simply select the card type, complete the necessary details, and confirm the payment.
Under no circumstances will LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L. be able to access your PayPal account information.
Transfer
When you select bank transfer as your payment method, you will receive, along with your order confirmation, an email indicating the account number to which you can make the bank transfer in the name of LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L.

It is very important that you include your order reference in the subject line (make sure you write it exactly the same) and that you make the transfer within 2 days of the order confirmation date. If there is no proof of payment within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.
If you wish, you can send us proof of payment to clientes_web@luzeco.com. This will help us confirm payment and process your shipment more quickly.
In any case, payment for the order will not be considered effective until our administration department has bank confirmation of the transfer in our account number.
