General Rules of Draws

1- Organizing Company

The company LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L. with registered office in Torrevieja CIF B42646984 (more information in our Privacy Policy) organizes a free raffle aimed at people residing in Spanish territory.

2- Mechanics of the draw

All individuals who have "Liked", are fans of the LUZECO LIGHTING Facebook page or follow the LUZECO LIGHTING  INSTAGRAM profile and have posted a comment mentioning two people in the giveaway publication published on 11/12/20 are entered to participate in the raffle for a CARLTON - EG49993 table lamp.

Each participant must write a comment mentioning two people to ensure their participation in the raffle, these people may not be public figures. You can write the text you prefer, as long as you do not use profanity, rude expressions or insults towards other people, whether natural or legal.

3- Requirements to participate

Individuals of legal age who are residents of Spain or whose shipping address is Spain may participate.

4- Duration and Scope

The draw starts on 11/12/20 and will end on 16/12/20 at 23:59 CET.

LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L. reserves the right to modify the end date due to the high participation of users or external circumstances that force the duration of the draw to be extended.

5- Prize draw

The prize is free of expenses and taxes. The substitution of the prize for its economic value is prohibited.

6- Choosing the winner

The winner of the prize draw will be chosen at random from among all entrants who have met the Conditions for Participation in the Prize Draw. LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L. will contact the winner once their correct participation has been verified in order to deliver the prize.

7- Communication with participants

Communication with the participants of the draw will be carried out through the Facebook or Instagram platforms and will be announced on the social networks of LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L. The result of the draw will be published through the social networks of LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L.

By entering, each contestant or entrant releases Facebook and Instagram from all liability in connection with this giveaway.

8- Publication of the winner

The name of the winner will be published on the Facebook page of LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L. on the day following the last day of participation in the draw.

LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L. reserves the right to modify the publication date and delay it due to technical difficulties.

LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L. reserves the right to publish and tag the winner's username for promotional purposes in the publication showing the winner of the giveaway.

9- Validity period and delivery of the prize

If, after making three or more contact attempts during the 7 calendar days immediately following the winner's publication, the winner does not contact LUZECO.com in any way, the winner will not be able to claim the prize in the future and the prize will be void.

The prize will be delivered to the address provided by the winner. The domicile must be in Spanish territory.

LUZECO.com will send the prize to the winner free of charge. In exchange, they must share photos and/or videos of the opening of the prize (unboxing) on their social networks, mentioning the Facebook and/or Instagram page of LUZECO LIGHTING. Or, send them to LUZECO.com by any of the means of contact: Email, Facebook, Instagram.

10- Personal data

In compliance with the provisions of the L.O.P.D 15/1.999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, the user is informed of the existence of a file with personal data, registered in the General Data Protection Registry, whose purpose is the management of customers and their participation in advertising campaigns.

11- Responsibility

LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L. reserves the right to resolve any contingency not provided for in the Terms and Conditions. LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L. is exonerated from any liability for damages of any kind that may be suffered by the participants of the draw due to any action or omission not attributable during the duration of the draw. Under no circumstances will LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L. be responsible for Internet connection failures, both in the access of participants to the different pages or social networks, as well as in any other communications through the Internet, for the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the web pages through which the draw is participated.

12- Cancellation of the draw

LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L. reserves the right to cancel the draw or prize without prior notice, provided that such cancellation occurs due to force majeure beyond our control or due to improper use of the platform.

Entrants release Facebook and Instagram from all liability when participating in the giveaway.

Facebook and Instagram do not sponsor, administer, endorse, or are associated with this giveaway or any future giveaways conducted by LUZECO.com. Participants are providing their information and data exclusively to LUZECO.com and not to Facebook or Instagram.

15- Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

The fact of complying with the Conditions to participate in the raffle (Using the "Like" button, leaving a comment with two people and being a follower of LUZECO on Facebook; and liking and mentioning two people on Instagram) implies that the user accepts the conditions of these rules and participates in the raffle.

If the conditions of these rules are not accepted, the participant may withdraw his/her participation by failing to comply with any of the Conditions to participate in the draw and will not count as a participant in the same.
