REASONS FOR RETURN CONTEMPLATED
Products with visible damage
These types of claims are those that occur even before the packaging is opened.
In the event of any damage to the receipt of the package received, you must express your reservations in writing to the carrier, describing in a general way the condition of the packaging at the time of delivery.
You will have 24 hours after receiving the goods to make the claim and notify us.
For a correct claim, you must indicate a brief detailed description of the damage on the PDA or delivery certificate. In any case, explanatory photographs must be provided in which the damage is clearly manifest.
Products with hidden damage
These are claims that are made once the package has been opened and once any type of damage to the goods has been detected. The deadline for making the claim in this case is 7 days from receipt of the package.
To request a claim, write us an email within 7 calendar days of receipt of the order (the period indicated by law) detailing the extent of the damage (see model form at the bottom of the page). REMEMBER to attach photos of the damaged merchandise with their respective packaging. In some of the photos we must see the carrier's label perfectly. DO NOT FORGET to keep the original packaging of the goods, as they must always be returned with the same packaging with which they were sent.
Damage-free products
If you are not satisfied with a product, you have 14 calendar days following the delivery date to return it without having used it, that is, the use of the product has been no more than to check its correct condition and functioning.
The return should always be made in its original packaging, in perfect condition, undamaged and undirty. In addition, you should check that it has all the accessories, instructions and documentation included inside the package.
Never throw away the packaging of the products until you check that they are in perfect condition and verify that all the products match the ones you ordered. The date of the receipt accrediting the delivery will be from which the fourteen days to which we refer are computed.
Once we receive the package, we will check its condition and, if everything is correct, we will exchange or refund the money corresponding to the amount of the product.
In case of returning the product without its original box in perfect condition, it may suffer depreciation. No sticker or tape should be placed on the original box.
In the event that the product to be returned is not in perfect condition or has been manifestly used, it will remain in our distribution warehouse to be collected by the customer for a period not exceeding thirty days from its return.
The return costs (as well as the shipping costs, if these are expressly included in the price) and the management costs, in all cases, are borne by the customer, being treated individually for each item to be returned . REMEMBER that you must tell us in advance your intention to return the product, either by email or phone. We will send you the precise instructions for the return of the product (see model form at the bottom of the page).
Order cancellation
You will be able to cancel your order before the delivery of the product. To do this, please notify us of the cancellation by email. If you cancel the order before the goods leave the warehouse, you will receive a full refund. If, on the other hand, the goods are already in the possession of the transport agency, in dispatch or ready for delivery, the order may be cancelled, but the costs arising from transport may be excluded from the payment. Therefore, we recommend that you contact our customer service department beforehand to provide you with all the necessary information. Transport costs may vary depending on the type of goods in the order.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
The refund to the customer's account as a result of a return will be made by LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L. within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods by LUZECO.com. This will always be done through the same form of payment as the order and will be carried out when the batches, expiration and condition of the products are verified in our facilities.
Products with special sizes manufactured expressly for the customer or references manufactured to order will not be cancelled or returned. If they present any manufacturing defect, they will be repaired or replaced, depending on the type of incident, but this will not be a reason for return.
Returns of packages that do not contain information that allows the sender to be identified (order number, name, address, etc.) will not be processed.
The expenses and risks arising from the return of the product will be borne by the sender, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees so that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.
In telephone orders, it will be the customer's responsibility to check in their order confirmation e-mail whether the goods ordered and all the details of the delivery address and contact are correct as soon as the call ends, immediately informing by e-mail or telephone of any error made by the person who has placed the order on their behalf. otherwise, the costs of returning or exchanging a product or re-shipping the package due to an error in your order will be borne by you.
No refund will be made unless previously communicated in writing to LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L. Once the return has been communicated and approved by the customer service department, they can send us the goods to be returned properly packaged and protected so that they do not suffer damage on the return together with a letter inside, indicating the reason for the return and the order related to the products, to the following address:
