Conditions of the Promotion – Discount of €5 for Subscription to the Newsletter

In compliance with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and other applicable regulations, these conditions are published that regulate the discount promotion for subscription to the newsletter (hereinafter, the "Promotion").

1. Purpose of the Promotion

The Promotion consists of the granting of a coupon or direct discount of €5 applicable to purchases made in www.luzeco.com by users who subscribe to the LUZECO newsletter through the forms provided for this purpose (hereinafter, the "Coupon").

2. Territorial and personal scope

Promotion valid for purchases sent to addresses within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. (For other territories, check availability.)

Promotion reserved for new subscribers over 18 years of age. A new subscriber is understood to be an email address that is not previously included in our subscriber database.

3. Requirements and mechanics

Minimum Order: The Coupon will be applicable to orders with a minimum amount of €50 (including taxes), excluding shipping, installation or other additional services.

The Coupon is not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.

The Coupon does not generate the right to exchange, return or replacement in case of loss, theft or expiration.

5. Compatibility and exclusions

Cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions, unless expressly indicated otherwise on the promotion sheet itself.

Excluded from the Promotion: gift cards, services, facilities, orders placed through channels other than the website and, where appropriate, brands or categories that are not eligible for a discount if indicated in the product sheet.

The Promotion is not retroactive: it will not apply to orders already placed or to orders in progress that have not entered the Coupon during the purchase process.

6. Use, Expiry and Limitations

One use only per subscriber/email, person, household (same address) or IP, at the discretion of LUZECO to prevent abuse.

The Coupon will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation email.

LUZECO reserves the right to invalidate, suspend or deny a Voucher in the event of fraudulent, illicit use or in contravention of these conditions.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

If the customer returns all or part of the items of the order to which the Coupon was applied and, as a result, the amount of the valid order (including taxes, excluding shipping) falls below €50, LUZECO will deduct from the refund the amount of the Coupon applied (€5), as the minimum order condition is no longer met.

In the event of a full refund, the Coupon will be considered consumed and will not be reactivated or refunded.

In the event of an exchange for items of lower value that violate the minimum order, the above adjustment will be applied.

8. Fraud and abuse

LUZECO may cancel the Promotion or cancel orders if it detects use contrary to good faith, multiple accounts associated with the same person or address, automation, technical manipulation or any fraudulent conduct. LUZECO may request supporting documentation when it deems it necessary to verify the ownership of the Coupon.

9. Data protection

The personal data provided when subscribing to the newsletter will be processed by LUZECO LIGHTING, S.L.U., as the data controller, for the purpose of managing your subscription, sending you commercial communications and, where appropriate, managing the Promotion and the sending of the Coupon. The legal basis for the processing is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and the legitimate interest in carrying out promotional actions with subscribers.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability by writing to clientes_web@luzeco.com or to the postal address indicated, proving your identity. You can withdraw your consent at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link included in each communication. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Liability

LUZECO does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Coupon or the absence of technical errors in its application, without prejudice to making its best efforts for its correct operation. LUZECO will not be responsible for service interruptions, technical incidents, network failures or force majeure that prevent the use of the Coupon.

11. Modifications and cancellation

LUZECO reserves the right to modify the conditions of the Promotion, to cancel it or to suspend it at any time if there are justified causes or force majeure, publishing the new conditions on this page. Modifications will not affect the rights already acquired by users who have previously validly applied the Coupon.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or enforcement will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Alicante, unless the consumer regulations provide for the mandatory jurisdiction of the Courts of the consumer's domicile.
