G9 bulbs do not have the classic screw connection. Rather, they resemble the light bulbs used by cars. They are connected through two pins through which they receive positive and negative current conduction for ignition. Its bushing offers a good current direction, much more stable than common ones.

Uses of G9 bulbs

In general, this type of bulb is used for LED lamps and, in the case of those that do not have this connection system, you can purchase accessories that allow them to be connected to classic systems, without the need to change the system that is traditionally used.

It is normally used for wall sconces, decorative lamps, interior cabinet lighting... In other words, this type of bulb is not used as the main lighting system, because it has a smaller size, its lighting field is smaller.

It has a fairly durable system and can have a longer performance than traditional bulbs.
